video letterOn February 5th, over 700 colleges, universities, K-12 schools, faith groups and civic organizations will be brainstorming solutions to global warming. How can we get this critical information to top national decision-makers?

It's easy. Film a YouTube video letter to your member of Congress and US Senate. Once you post it, e-mail them about it with a link. After the teach-in, we will also contact their offices with a link to your video.

Your videos can be:

bullet Simple: a student or two reporting on the day’s events, and especially recommendations for action.

bullet More complex: a 5-10 minute synopsis of your Teach-In. Again, be sure to end with recommendations for action.

All this takes is access to a video camera. To post your video letter to YouTube, sign up at YouTube, click “Upload Video” and follow the directions.

Once your video is up, tag it as a "National Teach-In". Then we can all see it. Give us a call if you have any problems.

Help us get hundreds of video letters to Congress—communicate what happened at your teach-in and continue to make an impact during the First 100 Days!
